Karaoke night to help raise funds for U-19 youth squad

Cambridge FC’s U-19 squad will host a karaoke night at the senior clubrooms to raise funds to help get them to the national youth tournament in Napier.

For only $10 a ticket, you’ll get a great night out and help the youth team take on the best sides in the country.

The karaoke night is planned for Saturday August 4, 2018, starting at 8pm.

The event is part of the fundraising campaign to raise the $8,000 needed for the squad to compete at the annual U-19s tournament.

The tournament will be held over Labour Weekend (October 20-22, 2018) at Napier City Rover’s grounds.

Cambridge won the satellite section of last year’s tournament and will go into the main draw this year, competing against some of the country’s best youth teams.

Reds’ head coach Paul Richardson and Ricki Herbert Football Academy coach Bradley Rea have been appointed co-coaches for the squad.

Co-managers of the squad are Maree Woodall and Fairlie Morton.
