Cambridge FC have been awarded a 3-0 win after Albany United defaulted Saturday’s planned fixture in the Lotto NRFL second division reserves’ competition.

The match was called off late on Friday after Albany decided they could not field a squad due to player commitments to college football in Auckland.

The fixture between the two clubs’ first teams went ahead with a late goal denying Cambridge a win, with the final score being 1-1.
