Cambridge 12th-grade Daredevils are ‘a glass act’

Cambridge’s 12th-grade Daredevils team have become the club’s first junior team to be sponsored through a structured package that enables businesses or individuals to get behind the club.

Jos and Glenn Philip, of Cambridge Glass, have shown their support for the club and the Daredevils by signing a basic junior team sponsorship package.

It’s a simple way for businesses or individuals to get involved in the club’s sponsorship programme, either through becoming one of the club’s overall group of commercial partners or by seeking to support a specific junior team.

This weekend, the Cambridge Glass Daredevils were in action against Hamilton Marist Vikings at our junior grounds with the home team running out worthy 7-2 winners.

The club thanks Jos and Glenn for their support.

Glenn coaches the Daredevils and this year marks his 25th as a glazier. He and partner Jos bought the Cambridge Glass business in 2006.

New sponsorship opportunity

Our club is looking to support new referees by subsidising the costs of their attendance at a course. If you wish to help make this possible, the club seeks a sponsor willing to contribute $500 plus GST. In return, the sponsor will receive naming rights related to our programme to recruit and train club referees.

For more information, please email referee course sponsorship.
