Latest: Almost all junior and senior home games to go ahead today

Updated Saturday May 27, 2018 (7.30am): Almost all Cambridge FC’s home games for seniors and juniors will go ahead today after most of the club’s pitches were declared fit for football.

Senior fixtures

An exception is the Waikato Men’s Division A match between Cambridge and Te Aroha Cobras (2.45pm) which has been postponed.

The club’s Lotto NRFL double header against Te Atatu AFC, the WaiBOP Championship match against Waikato Unicol and the Waikato D game between our D1s and Waikato Unicol will all proceed.

Junior fixtures

WaiBOP Football has cancelled all Hamilton-based junior matches for 8th grade and below.

However, Cambridge FC plans to go ahead with all its scheduled junior matches, including 8th grade and below.

Our 8th-grade teams have had their Waibop games cancelled and we have arranged for you to play at home in an in-house competition between Cambridge Teams.

For clarity, if your child plays for an 8th-grade team, they will play at home this Saturday.
