Lotto NRFL second division
The Reds lost 3-2 at John Kerkhof Park to league leaders Takapuna in an entertaining match in which both sides finished with 10 men. Click here for the match report.

Loaded WaiBOP Championship
Cambridge lost 8-0 at Taupo in a one-sided match. Scorers for Taupo were Joe Conroy, Yu Yanasaki, Nick Field (3), Dean Brereton, Max Duckworth (2). The home side led 5-0 at the break.
Waikato Division A
Cambridge won the Waipa derby 3-1 against Te Awamutu.
Playing at The Stadium, Cambridge went ahead early through a Ryan Ashby penalty.
Evergreen striker Jason Szabo doubled the Reds’ lead to send Cambridge into the interval with a 2-0 lead.
Ryan Smith extended Cambridge’s lead before Te Awamutu scored a late consolation goal.
Waikato Division D
Cambridge’s D1 side took bragging rights from the interclub match with the D2s, winning 2-1.
Striker Dave O’Donnell put the D1s ahead before Ben Carter equalised, sending the teams into half-time locked at 1-1.
O’Donnell grabbed another goal in the second half to take the league points.
Women, youth & juniors
Cambridge’s women’s team, youth teams and juniors had the weekend off due to the public holiday.
