Cambridge FC will host a course on Monday June 11 for those who want to qualify for their Community Referee badges.

WaiBOP Football is holding the session at our senior clubrooms from 6.30pm to 9.30pm, providing the opportunity to earn a first-step refereeing qualification in a single three-hour session.

This is ideal for those wanting to referee junior, youth or senior matches.

Attendance at this course is FREE to the first 10 Cambridge FC members to register. The club will cover your $37 fee to attend.

Community Referees

(formerly known as Club-Based Referees)

This involves a short course and provides the trainee with the chance to referee club games involving teams from his/her club. Cambridge FC has a roster of CRs who control Waikato competition games for our senior teams when fully-qualified referees are not allocated fixtures.

If you want more information about becoming a CR, please contact our club referee co-ordinator, Des Beeney. Ring/text him on 027 2416164 or email Des Beeney.
