You’ve still got time to win prizes galore at RICOH Quiz Night this Saturday night

Guests at this year’s RICOH Quiz Night have the chance to take home prizes from an amazing list of goods and services donated by Cambridge business and friends of our club.

You can go home with prizes by being part of a successful quiz team, winning a rapid-fire raffle or taking part in our auctions on the night.

Regardless, you’re guaranteed a night of fun in good company and will be helping raise funds for the football club.

The event is planned for Saturday August 11, 2018, at Cambridge East School.

It’s still possible to book your ticket to the event on Saturday by emailing event organiser John Courtney. You can still buy a table of eight for $160 or he can help you join another table. Doors open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start. Click here for more details about the event.

As the night approaches, donors are still adding fantastic prizes to our list, such as this teal perroquet bedroom chair, provided by Upholstery by Gabrielle, an eclectic piece of furniture to add style to your home.

Among the prizes are some innovative additions to our list of opportunities, such as:

Name a race at Cambridge Raceway

Our friends at Cambridge Raceway will make it possible for someone to choose the name of a race at their upcoming meeting on August 30.

This is your chance to put that name in the local and national spotlight as the race name will be published in national media, in every TAB, broadcast on Trackside television and radio, as well as being promoted in the night’s programme and at the track.

What a great way to acknowledge a loved one (a surprise romantic gesture?) – or to promote your brand or business. It’s a great opportunity!

Give your junior team the full Reds experience

We’re auctioning the chance for a junior team to experience what it feels like to be a member of Cambridge’s Northern League first team.

The successful bidder will choose which junior team will be treated like the Reds at the end of the winter season, and they’ll choose their opponents for a match at John Kerkhof Park.

The team will receive:

  • A match programme customised with the team/player details to ensure it becomes a valuable keepsake for players and their families.
  • Use of the senior changing rooms and showers.
  • Post-match video interviews (in the club’s media room), photographs and match report for our website.
  • Walk-on before kick-off with flags, mascots.
  • Post-match function in the senior clubrooms.

Our aim is to give young players a taste of what first team football – and a memorable day!
