Plenty of football coming up for seniors and juniors

posted in: Men, Northern League

This weekend will see hundreds of Cambridge players taking the field for the first time in 2019.

On Saturday, the men’s first and second teams run onto John Kerkhof Park for their first home friendlies of their pre-season campaign.

On Sunday, junior players will take part in the first of two grading days.

The Reds host Loaded WaiBOP Premiership club Otumoetai in a double header of warm-up matches.

The reserves kick off at 12.30pm while the first teams start at 2.45pm.

Last weekend saw both Cambridge teams win, with wins to the firsts (3-2) and reserves (5-2) at West Hamilton United.
