Cambridge remain in mid-table after suffering a 3-0 loss at Northland FC’s Tikipunga Park in the Lotto NRFL second division reserves competition.
The home side took a 2-0 first half lead and then made sure of the win with a third goal in the second spell.
Next weekend, Cambridge are at home to title contenders Manurewa AFC.
