Fixture list: How the Reds fared in the 2020 Lotto NRFL second division

posted in: Men, Northern League

Cambridge FC’s Northern League season has been ended by restrictions forced by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Under the original plan for the season, Cambridge FC was to play 16 fixtures in the 2020 Lotto NRFL second division season.

The re-arranged season comprised a round robin of 11 games with the division then splitting into two groups of six clubs, with the top six competing for the title in a five-match round starting in September.

Points and goals for/against would carry through from the opening phase and into the second round of games which were expected to be completed in mid-October.

However, in mid-September, continuing restrictions on crowd sizes in Auckland forced administrators to cancel the season.
