Cambridge went into their delayed 2020 WaiBOP Championship campaign eager to improve on their 8th placing in the 2019 competition.
The side is coached by Steve Thomas, and the season started on June 13 with a local derby win at Claudelands Rovers, the first of an 11-match round of games.
After 11 rounds, the competition splits into two groups (top six/bottom six).
Points and goals for/against are carried forward into the groups. The winner of the top group takes the WaiBOP Championship title.
