Greg Zeuren has become the chairman of Cambridge FC for the second time.
After two years previously in the chair (2013-14), Zeuren (photographed, above) has been appointed chair by the club’s incoming committee for 2020-21.
He follows Steve Thomas who remains on the club’s committee. Thomas, who was elected as a Life Member of the club at its recent AGM, has served two terms as chairman. After taking a break from the role in 2012, he returned to lead the club from 2016 till this year.
Zeuren was named top sports administrator at the 2014 Sport Waikato and Waipa District awards.
Meanwhile, the incoming committee will allocate roles and responsibilities for the year ahead at their December meeting.
