Another international footballer has added their signature to Cambridge FC’s Wall of Fame.
Emma Kete, who has played 50 internationals for the Football Ferns, signed the club’s autograph board at the John Kerkhof Park clubrooms when she visited as a member of the Northern Lights for their game against WaiBOP.
Her signature has joined about 80 other men and women footballers who have played for New Zealand.
Kete, who made her New Zealand debut in 2007, has returned from an overseas football career which has seen her play in Canada and Australia.
She was also a member of the New Zealand squad at the 2015 FIFA World Cup Finals and represented her country at the 2008 Olympic Games.
WaiBOP beat the Lights 2-1 in a thrilling game in the ISPS Handa Women’s Premiership.
