More senior coaching appointments made as 2021 season approaches

Cambridge FC’s senior coaching roles continue to be filled as preparations for the 2021 winter football season continue.

Current appointments are:

Northern League

Head coach: Paul Richardson (re-appointed)

Assistant coach: Bradley Rea (new appointment)

Goalkeeper coach: Kim Brierley (re-appointed)

Strength & conditioning coach: Harriett Steele (new appointment)

Team manager: Nicola Brierley (re-appointed)

Reserves coach: The role of reserves coach remains open and applications are sought.

WaiBOP Championship

Coach: Steve Thomas (re-appointed)

Waikato Division 2 (men’s)

Coach: Chris Petropoulos (re-appointed)

Waikato Division 4 (men’s) – team known as D2s

Coach: Cole van den Beuken (new appointment)

Team manager: Kieran Barnes (new appointment)

Waikato Division 4 (men’s) – team known as D1s

Coach: Role remains vacant until playing numbers are known and confirmation of new team for Over-35s’ league.

Waikato Over-35s League (men’s)

Coach: Role remains vacant until playing numbers are known and confirmation of competition which is new this year.

Senior muster

A muster for returning and new men and women players will be held on Wednesday February 10 at John Kerkhof Park (6.30pm-8pm).
